Rule and Regulations Proposed Changes

NOTE:  All the Proposed changes to the Rules and Regs below were approved at our Budget/Annual/Board Meeting for 2015 and incorporated into the Rules and Regs 11.15

VGH Rules Upd 11.15.  These are the updated Rules and Regs that are pending approval from the Board (for accuracy).

  1. All complaints must be submitted through our Complaint Form at our website vghassociation.com.  The Board, under no terms, will accept verbal complaints.
  2. All Sprinkler Repair Requests must be submitted through our Form at our website vghassociation.com.  The Board, under no terms, will accept verbal requests.
  3. All Pest Control Request that can be viably fulfilled pursuant to our Service Agreement with our Vendor must be submitted through our Form at our website vghassociation.com.  The Board, under no terms, will accept verbal requests.
  4. All Official Records Requests must be submitted through our Form at our website vghassociation.com, or by U.S. Mail.  The Board, under no terms, will accept verbal requests.
  5. All Laundry Machine Repairs Requests must be submitted through our Form at our website vghassociation.com.  The Board, under no terms, will accept verbal requests.
  6. Trash cans, recycling boxes and general trash must be kept out of sight in the easement area behind the buildings.
  7. Trash must be taken out every week as to not allow it to pile up and attract rats and flies.
